EPPATHE is an institutionalized Business Activity Receptor, in accordance with Law 4982/22. and operates under Decision No. F/A/6.1/19851/1509 of the Secretary General of Industry (Government Gazette 2257/B/5-11-2008) approving the Operating Regulations)
An integral part of the Regulations is the Operating Regulations of the Railway Station within the Park. The administrative and management body of VIPATHE is responsible for drafting and implementing the Operating Regulations, which are governed by the provisions and regulations of the aforementioned legislative documents.
In accordance with the above, EPPATHE’s Operating Regulations describe the requirements, conditions, and procedures that must be met in order to establish a business in the Park, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting parties (businesses and EPPATHE). A separate section of the regulations describes the administration and management of the Park by the EPPATHE organization with the aim of ensuring the infrastructure and provision of the services required for the smooth operation of the established businesses.
Compliance with the Operating Regulations is binding on any legal or natural person who has a legal relationship with EPPATHE and, in particular, with the Management Body DEPPATHE SA, the established businesses, property owners, and businesses that derive rights from the owners.
